Happy Monday!
Yay! It's Monday and the beginning of another work week! I'm so thrilled. *rolls eyes* I woke up yesterday morning with a sinus headache. As the day went on the crappy feeling travelled down into my throat and lungs. I'm doubling up on the Vitamin C hoping to nip it in the bud. I also made Turkey Soup yesterday hoping it will make me feel better.
We had another quiet weekend. Friday night we watched the Gold Medal Curling match and then went to bed. Saturday morning Dave shovelled the roof of the house. Poor guy was worn out by the time he finished. I went to town and ran some errands and picked up a couple movies. By the time I got home it was about 4pm so I started supper and then we watched the new Zorro movie. Dave reeeeeally likes CZJ and I figured I could handle watching Antonio in order for him to see CZJ. I'm so good to him. *grin*
After supper we went to visit Howie and Nicky. It was their daughter's birthday and she had 6 little girls staying for a sleepover. It was a little loud but we had fun. We made plans for this coming weekend. We're going to spend Saturday night at the cottage with them and another couple. Finally, something to do on a weekend!
Yesterday I watched Flight Plan. That's the name of the one with Jodi Foster, right? I enjoyed it. I started crocheting again last night when Dave finally brought my crochet hook home from the cottage. I had bought this different kind of yarn that I'd never crocheted with before. I am fairly confident in saying that I'll never crochet with it again after this project is finished.
It's Wheezy's birthday today - go wish her a happy birthday!

Morning! Gosh, shoveling the roof. It's been decades since I can remember anyone in my family having to doing that.
I think it's smart when parents have THEIR friends over while the kids are having a sleepover. It helps preserve some sanity.
Chris taught me how to play Stratego this weekend. I'd never played & he found his childhood version in a box awhile ago. I misunderstood him reading the instructions though & really screwed it up. We ended up in stalemate, though, which was ok given that I TOTALLY messed up the set-up of my pieces.
I liked the Zorro movies. I think Antonio and CZJ could have some pretty babies! Or, Antonio and me, either way. ;-) My kids told DH that I said Antonio was going to be my third husband, lol. Oops.

Fairly quiet weekend here. Lots of errands and such, but relaxing all the same.
Kim, I wish that Dave was more into games. He'll play if there are a bunch of people playing but not if it's just the two of us.
While I'm certainly not considering having any more babies at this point, I might have to make an exception for Antonio. *grin*

Oooh, we want to see Flight Plan. We watched Alexander and Napoleon Dynamite this weekend. *giggle* I liked ND more than I liked Alexander.

I love Antonio Banderas too, but in different kinds of ways. He also seems to like older women since he puts up with that hag Melanie Griffith. If he can go for her, why not me?
Do you think Nick is really going to tell Sharon today? I hope he don't tell her that is is Phyllis. That is more drama than she needs. Do you think John will really live the country?
I wasn't crazy about Alexander and I haven't seen Napolean Dynamite yet. I've heard people talk about ND but I have no idea what kind of movie it is. Give me a hint because I'm too lazy to go looking it up. *smoooch*
Antonio wouldn't know what hit him if he ever spent a night with you Swami. He'd ditch that old hag of his so quick. *grin* There really is something to be said for older women. Or so I've been told. *wink*

Noah got hurt at a basketball practice and interupted Nick when he was about to tell Sharon. John didn't run. He stayed to face the music.
ND is probably the stupidist movie ever made. EVER. But for some reason it really made me laugh. It's a stupid teen movie about a totally dork family. Napoleon is the teenage son and it is about him. Dumbest movie ever. But made me laugh.
I figured something was up, Lights. I seen it. Do you think Noah will bring Sharon and Nick closer or will he grow a set and tell her? I want him to tell her.
I never knew that you had to shovel the roof. I would suck at that.
I'm not coming along very fast with my Oscar movie watching.

I'm back. Computer problems at work and stupid cold that has me feeling like crap have kept me away this week. I should be getting a new computer here at work next week so I may be kind of hit and miss until then.
We're going to the cottage tomorrow morning so I won't be online this weekend either. Hopefully next week will be a better week. I can't wait to play again.
