My furbaby, Holly Marie

It's an old picture but she still looks the same. She hates wearing her coat and we don't normally make her wear it but when we have to take her on the snowmobile we put it on her.

She has boots too and seeing her with the boot on is seriously one of the most hilarious things I've ever seen. She sticks one leg at a time out and tries to shake the boot off and won't take a single step with them on.

And just for the record, her eyes don't always glow like that. *grin*

How cute! She reminds me of Gizmo, from the Gremlins, but in a totally good way! What kind of dog is she?

The boot thing just wouldn't be as funny in a still picture. I wonder if I can take a short video of her on my digital camera and email it or post it. Not sure if I'm smart enough to figure that all out.

She's a Shih Tzu, 5 yrs old and has Dave and I completely wrapped around her little paws. She needs a hair cut at the moment so she kind of resembles that sheepdog on the Bugs Bunny cartoons, but smaller. LOL @ Gizmo. We met a couple at the boat launch one day who had a Shih Tzu named Gizmo. They do look a lot like Gizmo don't they?

One of the many things I love about her is that she doens't shed. And she is very cuddly.

*lol* She rides shotgun on your snow car thingie?

Grover, my dog) broke his toe yesterday and is in a splint. The vet claims he should be able to scoot around on it in no time, but somebody needs to show Grover that memo. He is ROCK BOTTOM, he refuses to walk and I am carrying him outside every half hour to see if he will get around to doing his business.

*vroooooooom*

*snort* Snow car thingie! Silly Monstah. Yes, she has gone on the snowmachine with us on occasion. Normally if we're going across the lake to someone's place for the evening. When we go any distance at all she stays home. She really doesn't like riding on the snow car thingie.

Now the bush car thingie (aka the four wheeler) is a different story. When we go for a ride she always wants to go with us. She sits up front between Dave's legs (on the gas tank) and loves every minute of the wind in her face.

This summer we were going down a particularly rough trail and she lost her balance and began to fall off. She would have landed right under the back tire if Dave hadn't given her a little push (read kick) with his leg as she was falling. I was sitting on the back not paying a whole lot of attention and all of a sudden I saw Holly go flying by and thought, that's not normal. She shook it off and caught up to us and I swear she gave Dave a WTF look. She rode on the back with me for the rest of the trip.

Okay, first you're Monstah, and you're married to Shrek and now I find out you have a dog named Grover? Too funny. What kind of dog is Grover?

She is too cute! I wish I could dress my cats in sweaters and boots, but we all know how that would turn out ... badly. Very badly. :-)
